Our Principal, Joel Maldonado, began in the Lighting Industry mentored by some of the industries most renowned representatives. He has represented some of the industry leading manufacturers such as: Quoizel, Quorum, Matthews Fans, Kuzco, Eurofase, Schonbek/Swarovski, Fine Art Lamps and many more! His passion and dedication has been recognized throughout the industry. He established himself amongst some of the most respected distributors in the market today! Joel looks to continue his passion in the market and partner with his constituents to take their businesses to the next level…To be ELITE!

Owner & Sales Representative: Joel Maldonado
Florida, New England, & Caribbean (PR & DR)
Joel Maldonado has a vast background in the Lighting & Fan Industry. He has represented some of the industry’s premiere Lighting and Fan Manufacturers such as: Matthews Fan Company, Quorum, Quoizel, Kuzco, Fine Art Lamps, Eurofase, Terzani, Legrand, and many more. Joel has also worked with some of the premiere distributors in the Florida and New England Territories such as: Del Mar Fans & Lighting, Posh Haus, LBU, Capitol Lighting, Connecticut Lighting, Lighting First, Lightstyle, Franklin Lighting, and Neena’s Lighting, just to name a few. His vision to provide a premiere Sales AND Service team (and not just an “order-taker”) has always been THE top priority.
Office Manager: Nikki Maldonado
(RGAs, Status Updates, Orders, & Customer Service)
Nikki Maldonado, though new to the Lighting Industry, has a background in legal with Morgan & Morgan Law Firm, and has spent the past few years volunteering at House of Hope and The Covenant House working with the Youth. Her passion to serve and to put others before herself, as well as her BBA in Business from UCF made her a prime candidate to be ELITE!
Sales Representative: Lauren Graham
New England: Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, & New Hampshire
Lauren has been in the lighting and fan world since the age of 10! She worked with her father as a technician for their family owned Casablanca Service Center. Here she fell in love with the business and never left! We are fortunate to add Lauren to the team to manage the New England Territory. Her expertise in technical savviness and design is unmatched, accompanied by her passion to serve people (because you are more than “customers”) makes her ELITE!
Sales Representative: Angel Maldonado
North, Central, Southwest, FL
Angel Maldonado brings to the team a background in retail sales and product logistics from his time with Amazon. Angel has an AA Degree from Florida Southwestern and currently studying for a major in Business Administration at Florida Gulf Coast University. His experience to put the customer FIRST and his tenacity to get the job done, makes him an ELITE member of our team.
Field Project & Installation Manager: Fabian Rios
Florida & New England
Fabian Rios has an extensive background in Project Management, Remodeling, Home Building and Project Installations. As a former robot technician of Auto Store and owner of Florida Fabian LLC, we were blessed to acquire Fabian as an ELITE member of our family!
